Staff here is super kind and friendly at the reception desk, and this place is generally quite clean 🌟.

The hotel has a well protected parking free of charge. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is located nearby the tram station that conenct with the down town.

The rooms were too small. The road in front of hotel has trafic during the night.

The price for two bed rooms was good enough

Location: the hotel was very close to the tram and walking distance, tram stops, and shops and eating places. The breakfast was savoury and gorgeous, the check in was easy:)))

No ventilation in our rooms at all so rooms were quite hot but opening windows did not help at all, also the street got busy in the morning so quote some noise. For those who like to breathe and get decent sleep - avoid this hotel.

Limited amenities: While the rooms were comfortable, we found that the hotel lacked certain amenities that would have enhanced our stay, such as a fitness center or spa. Even if it is not a high class hotel, it looks new, it is clean and nice. I would recommend it for a short stay or for teh people who dont look for luxury. I didnt try breakfast. 2 tramlines are in 200 meters: A which brings you to the city centre and E which brings you to the EU area.

No restaurant in the hotel. Its not citycenter, but tramlines goes near.

The room cleaness was very good and the hotel staff friendly.

Internet with cable in the rooms was not good for who has iPad, iPhone, ... The garage access from the hotel could be improved instead of walking around the building.

We had a great time staying in a really big and practical apartment. 🏢 the spot was convenient, right in a busy area with a lot of shops and places to eat. Plus, being close to the tram was super handy for getting around easily.

Room small, but very comfortable - all you need to enjoy your stay. Everything is new. Very comfortable beds and good & often cleaning. The buffet breakfast was outstanding - not a poor "french" breakfast, but muesli, yougurts, ham and cheese for a sandwich and a good choice of other options. As Strasbourg is a nothern city, such a breakfast is a welcome one. The hotel's location - a tram station is about 2-3 min walk from the hotel, and with a tram you can quickly reach the city center / the train station or other.
